CHURCH GROUPS

There are a number of Church Groups that you may be interested in joining:

Our BIBLE STUDY is held each Wed, (except the last Wed of each month) at 7.30pm in the Lounge.

We will be reading a text from the Old or New Testament, one of The Gospels or one of Paul’s letters.

Looking at the examples of Prayers in The Bible, we will be sharing our thoughts and learning with one another.

Tea and biscuits too.

Come along, Everyone is welcome.

CAMEO (Come And Meet Each Other), a fellowship group, meets on the first and third Wednesday of each month at 1.30 pm in the Hall where we get together for a chat, friendship, laughter and tea or coffee. This is followed at approximately 2.00 pm by talks on various topics, quizzes, singsongs, crafts, strolls in the countryside and short afternoon visits. There is an annual outing to places of interest

The CHURCH FELLOWSHIP meets on the last Wednesday of each month at 7.30 pm for a mixture of beautiful music and relaxed, friendly discussion on matters of Life and Faith.

Our Exploring Our Faith Group meets between 2.00 pm and 4.00 pm on the second Tuesday

and 7.45 pm – 9:30 pm on the second Wednesday of each month in the Lounge for Bible study, reflection and fellowship.

FOCUS (Fellowship Group) meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 7.45 pm in the Lounge.

All are welcome to join us for a modest £2.00 per evening!

We have a different speaker each month and aim to include topics of interest to both the men and the ladies; whether informative, serious or just for fun.

METHODIST WOMEN IN BRITAIN (MWiB) is a non-membership movement to encourage, equip and enable women to serve God in the Church, the community and the world. It is linked to the World Federation of Methodist and Uniting Church Women.

Events are held from time to time to widen horizons and to raise funds to maintain the work of support both here and overseas.

The PRAYER FELLOWSHIP meets on the second and fourth Tuesday mornings from 10.45 am until 11.45 am in the Lounge.

We average 8-10 members and everyone is welcome.
